A proven industry force and frequent speaker, Lynne captured the attention of the industry when she purchased Fame from its global holding company in 2015, shedding the traditional agency model for a renewed focus on being done with what’s been done. An AdFed Silver recipient, Effie winner, member of The Hub Braintrust, honorary AdFed Board member and VP of the Twin Cities Retail Design Institute, she is wholeheartedly committed to choreographing brand experiences that consumers love to love.

A reinventor at heart, he has been called upon by both Colle + McVoy and Olson as the catalyst to transform their agency culture and creative product. In addition to creative leadership roles at the previously named agencies, he’s served at Fallon, Carmichael Lynch and space150, as well as Saatchi in San Francisco.

Bethany tackles complex strategy conundrums with a calm, capable “we got this” approach, solving for the clarity leaders and teams need to launch and grow powerfully relevant brands in a hyper-connected world. Infinite energy and a lifetime supply of “what-ifs” get her to the kind of insights that fuel fresh thinking and drive true differentiation. Prior to her current role, she spent time in Silicon Valley, collected a couple degrees and some fancy awards – even co-founded a hospitality startup.
